Altitude Restaurant Menu
Altitude Restaurant, located within the Columbia Icefield Glacier Discovery Centre in Jasper National Park, offers a Canadian-inspired menu with locally sourced ingredients, complemented by panoramic views of the Athabasca Glacier. The restaurant operates seasonally from early May to mid-October, serving breakfast from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM and dinner from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM.

Eggs Benedict: Two poached free-run eggs on an English muffin with grilled tomato, wilted spinach, crumbled feta cheese, house-fried potatoes, and hollandaise sauce.
Smoked Salmon: Cured smoked salmon with pickled onions, herb cream cheese, fried capers, toasted sourdough, and house-fried potatoes.
Classic Breakfast: Two free-run eggs any style, house-fried potatoes, Saskatoon berry preserve, choice of toast, and choice of chicken apple sausage, bacon, or peameal bacon.
Grilled French Toast: Brioche with caramelized apple compote, Chantilly cream, and maple syrup.
Mount Kerr Bowl: Greek yogurt with mixed berries, oat crumble, and honey.

An all-you-can-eat buffet featuring a variety of soups, salads, mains, and desserts. Main dishes include fried cod with tartar sauce, pork loin with apple & raisin compote, fried chicken, slow-braised brisket with gravy, penne arrabbiata, butter chicken, and red Thai curry. Dessert options include brownies, strawberry shortcake, chocolate dream, profiteroles, and fruit salad.

Starters: Artisanal bread, mushroom bisque, seafood chowder, Icefields Caesar salad, summer wedge salad, duck wings with Saskatoon berry reduction, and kofta & hummus.
Main Courses: Alberta lamb with mint au jus, braised short rib, butter-basted Arctic char, pappardelle with chicken breast and wild mushrooms, chana masala, and vegan risotto with peas, mushrooms, and asparagus.
Desserts: Vegan chocolate cake with coconut whipped cream and cherry compote, malva pudding with caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream, apple raisin strudel with vanilla sauce, and assorted sorbets.

Breakfast: Yogurt & berries, fresh fruit bowl, bacon & eggs, fun toast (French toast with maple syrup and whipped cream), and house waffles.
Dinner: Grilled cheese with fresh-cut fries, pasta with buttered noodles and shaved Parmesan, cheeseburger with fresh-cut fries, and chicken fingers with fries. All dinner options are served with strawberry gelato.
