Absolutely Breathtaking Experience at the Icefield Glacier!forevertattoo ADI, June 2026
This place is an absolute must-visit. From the moment we arrived, every staff member was super friendly and helpful. The washrooms were surprisingly clean (which is always a big plus when you're traveling!), and the wait time was smooth - nothing too long or stressful.
The souvenir shops are really well set up with lots of unique items - definitely worth checking out. A big shout-out to our driver Andy, who made the whole experience extra special. He was funny, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone was having a great time.
This was my second visit, and it honestly felt like a whole new experience. The first time I went, it was freezing cold, so I couldn't fully enjoy everything - but this time, I finally got to try the glacier water and even did the famous "glacier facial." Totally worth it!
Standing on a 150-meter-deep glacier, surrounded by nature that feels endless, really puts things into perspective. It's peaceful, humbling, and just beautiful beyond words. Parking is easy with plenty of space available, and the entire setup is organized perfectly for visitors.
If you're visiting Jasper, don't skip the Icefield Glacier - it's one of those rare experiences that makes you feel small in the best way possible.

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had.
Ride In the ice Explorer to glacier is amazing, some interesting facts were shared by the guides while in the ride. You get enough time to experience , take pictures and if lucky can drink some fresh glacier water if you have an empty bottle.
Make sure to have your winter boots and jackets.

We did the new Odyssey experience, just brilliant. Relatively private, in small groups where you're able to properly chat to your guide and go to a more secluded area on the glacier away from the masses. The main ice explorers have around 30-40 people at any one time that makes the glacier feel like Disneyland, the Odyssey is well worth the extra money. You are provided with hot tea on the glacier and you get to take your mugs home.
